XRC Smittybilt Front Bumper and License Plate

I have just purchase a XRC Smittybilt Front Bumper for my 99 TJ. Does anyone have any pictures or ideas on how to mount a front license plate. It is law to have it in Texas.

ziptie it to bar? thats what most people do with bumpers like that, plus if you have a winch, the plate flips up easily so you can use the winch.

I have the same bumper with winch. I mounted the rear license plate only and been driving in Texas without issue. Knock on wood. If I get pulled over then I'll find a way to put it on.

I used some MAGLITE flashlight mounts to attach the license plate to the fairlead rollers. works like a charm and I can take the plate off when I want to winch
