Trust!!!!!!!!! The owners manual won't say anything much- none of them do, if they did Jeep Forum wouldn't have so many questions to be answered therefore making all of our lives much more boring=)

It's the History Eraser button, you fool!

What'll happen ?

That's just it! We don't know.
Maybe something bad...maybe something good
I guess we'll never know.
Cause you're going to guard it.
You won't touch it, will you?

Oh, how long can "cbowles" hold out?

How can he possibly resist the diabolical urge to push the button that could erase his very existence?

Will his tortured mind give in to it's uncontrollable desires?

Can he withstand the temptation to push the button, that even now, beckons him ever closer?

Will he succumb to the maddening urge to eradicate history, at the mere push of a single button?

The beautiful shiny button.
The jolly candy-like button.
Will he hold out, folks?
Can he hold out?

If you have the Chrysler alarm system, there are two buttons. The first one looks like a red LED or light, and should be someplace visible. That button is the valet button. Push it once and the alarm is disabled until you push it again. When it blinks, the alarm is on and armed. The second, hidden button, is the alarm programming button. It is used to program a new key fob, change the beeps when the alarm is armed / disarmed, and so on. I think Chrysler's name for it is the EVS or EVS II system. The dealer should let you copy the manual; it's only a few pages long.

If it's not that, then it probably opens the wormhole between your radiator and some other dimension, so your coolant can drain out. Seems lots of folks are pushing that button.

An old friend of mine found that exact same button in his Jeep one day, he called me up and asked me what it was. I told him to press it and then he would see, and I never heard of him again...
