write-ups for powertrax no-slip/lockright install D30/D44

anyone know of any user-friendly write-ups for powertrax locker installs??

looking to lock up front and rear in the very near future and just want to start getting my info all lined up.

Is the install easy..how long should i plan??

I'm still a newbie with this stuff (so far I've tackled the rebb, bl, mml), i just get a little nervous when I start cracking stuff open with fluid inside, and gearing involved!!!!!!!

thnx,, Jon
