Wrap Around Windjammer?

Does Bestop make one for the TJ? The only one I have found is for JK's. Thanx.

Yes they do. I just bought mine last week. Quadratec, JCWhitney, and 4WheelParts sells them. 4WheelParts had a pretty good sale going on (like 20% everything and free shipping) so I got it substantially cheaper than Quadratec or JCWhitney.

I ordered it from 4wheelparts.com. It is a great product. Keep in mind that it is not completely water proof though! I use it with the Bestop Bikini top. It looks awesome imho.

I found it at Quadratech and 4WP. 4WP is alot cheaper.

Now... how do folks like this? I have a regular windjammer, safari bikini and a duster but I never did like the regular windjammer... to many cracks/openings and it never fit right.

I absolutely love it. I get so many compliments on my jeep ever since I ditched the stock softtop and put on the bestop bikini and wraparound wj. I also flipped the sound bar into inside the cabin too.

It keeps the jeep dry for the most part and makes it look like a soft top pickup truck.

It's cool.

I love mine as well. There are some parts that Bestop could have done to make it a little better. The snaps that hold the Windjammer to the duster are pretty crappy and don't hold well. I just went to my local West Marine and upgraded to some heavy duty boat canvas fasteners which work awesome.

Also the part where the safari/bikini top comes together above the door surrounds with the windjammer have some space to them. This time I went to a hardware store and got some of the same snaps that Bestop sent (only a bit better quality) and punched the snaps in there to hold the two together a little better.

It's only cost me about $20 to make it to my liking but to me that's fair since I saved about $30 buying it from 4WheelParts.

How does it fit... my original windjammer never had much adjustment in it and left huge gaps. Its like they made it a couple of inches to small LOL.

Not sure how different mine is from Blubaru's (since he has the 97-02 and mine is the 03-06 version) but mine fits really well. I know what you mean about the gaps. My windjammer for my YJ is the same way. This is completely different. The only place where there would be any gap is across the top where it attaches to the rollbar. It's not even really a gap, it's just that it doesn't wrap around the top rollbar. From what I've read though, it holds in heat great (for winter time) and barely lets/if any rain in.

If you want I'll post some pictures up so you can get a clearer picture.

It fits great. Of course when I installed it, it was about 95 degrees outside. I wouldn't try it outside when it's cold, thats for sure.

My jeep is the green one. The pics are huge. I can't figure out how to resize them.

OK.... thanx guys. I need to ditch my soft top for this fall's wheeling season as I don't want to trash it in the rocks and I need a replacement for the old windjammer which is why I was looking at the wrap around.

Put the soft top in the garage, then man up and put on a sweatshirt.

Soft top is headed for the garage.

I'll see you in the desert and then we can decide who man's up more LOL.
