Wipers dont work 97 TJ new motor

I need help, I replaced the motor, I have 13v at the fuse but no volts at the plug, is it the column switch or what is wrong the wires appear to be in good shape

I replaced the wiper switch now and it still doesn't work

Had nothing at the plug coming from the wiper switch, cleaned the contacts in the plug and it started working again
