Will this headlight fit?

Hey, sorry for the rookie question but I just bought my first jeep and have been doing a lot of research on the HID conversion kit and I know everyone is using the Hella H-4 or IPF housings to then put in the HID conversion kits. My question is is that I found this deal on JC-Whitney but am unsure if this will fit my nearly stock '98 TJ.

It is a 7" round headlight that replaces a "H6024 headlight." The thing that makes me wonder is if a h-4 size bulb will fit. Here is the link and thanks in advance for helping a rookie.

Vision Plus High-performance Halogen Seal Beam Headlights - JCWhitney

EDIT: The Hella lights in question are part # 13796G

You should run a projector with your HIDs so you do not blind oncoming drivers. Not sure if they make those for TJs but they certainly dont for XJs.

Yeah i was thinking about that.. but from what I hear as long as you take the time to adjust the aiming you should be good. I will def get projectors later on down the road. I read you can retrofit them from other models. Thanks.

If I may suggest, don't spend that kind of money on a sealed beam. (Those Hellas in that link)
Get H4 housings and bulbs, that way you save money from now on when one burns out, and you can try different bulbs if you wish.
