Will the Goodyear MT/R 305 70R 16 32.8" fit a 2" Lifted Rubicon?

I have the stock 16" Rubi rims, and a 2" lift. I'm planning on a 4" RE lift soon, but I need tires VERY soon, so I'm wondering if I can squeak (or Rub) by with these until the lift happens.

Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom!

you will need wheel spacers, the Moab's dont have enough backspacing to clear your spring perches and such

i recommend SpiderTrax - you'll need these anyway lifted or not, to run wider than 11" tires. with that said, ive been running them on my rig for the past 12,000 miles without complaint

The 305 70's are too wide for a stock Moab like mentioned above. They are basically a 33/12.50/ size. I think a lot of guys run the 285-295 75 O-K without spacers.

Another option, if you need tires and the Moabs are in good condition, sell the Moabs and get 3.75 back space 15" wheels. I paid a little over 400 for my 5 ARII Outlaws. The same size tire in a 15" is usually cheaper as well and you are saving $$$$ on not buying spacers. After trading in my Moabs very cheap to a needy kid, I was still only out about $550.00 for 5 new tires and wheels. Not a bad deal.

The 33" tires will work for a short time on the street with a 2" lift. Off road they will rub.
