Who makes a front bumper with a receiver and that also has d rings?
I want a bumper that I can slide my winch into from my wifes Expedition and also have the d rings for flat towing. Any pics would be great?

As stated above BP Mfg makes one (the product line is now under new ownership). I had one built local from their specs for around $225.

Damn, beat me to it, I was going to suggest Rock-It Man also since they're the only ones I know of...and I love their stuff.

I run a Garvin "wilderness" front and rear bumper on my Rubi. the front has the receiver and two tabs for D-rings. I also run the "pre-runner" guard. Looks pretty good in my opinion.

It has a full time winch mount though rather than a front hitch that this guy is looking for. Personally I prefer full time mounts rather than hitch mounts, and I'm on the list for one of those bumpers too... but if this guy is determined to have a front receiver hitch then it's not the bumper for him
It's a damn nice bumper though

AtoZ Fabrication builds a front bumper exactly like you describe, and Zach is a great guy!
[Edit: I see Zach already responded, go check him out!]
