where can I get replacement nuts for my t-case?

other than the dealership, where can I get replacement nuts for my t-case?

The 4 that attach it to the skid plate.

I found some that looks similar (flange on one side) at the local hardware store, but the clerk wasn't sure what grade they were

thanks!

I think any flange nuts will work as long as they are the correct size.

I don't want to chance it & break something. I suppose i could just use a regular nut & lock washer.

When I got my new Trans mount from energy suspensions it came with new nuts and they just look like regular hardware. Just a nut and lock washer. I do think the flange nuts that have the serrated surface would work.

I don't want to take the chance on the "mystery" flanged ones & possibly have my t-case break free out on the road or trail. I'm just gonna go back & get grade 8 nuts & lock washers. thanks

get only grade 8. grade 5 if you have to.

www.mcmaster.com has every nut and bolt size you can imagine, and usually has them at your door the next day or in 2-3 days, even with slow boat shipping.

Cool thanks. The clerk at the store just kept repeating back what it said on the boxes- he had noooo idea what it meant. I actually had picked out 8.8 nuts & washers yesterday, but decided to wait till i was sure. the good news is it will cost me less than 2 bucks for 4 nuts & washers
