Assuming your factory wheels have 5.5" of backspacing and the majority (not all) of them do, then no you won't need spacers. With 10.5" wide tires you should be fine. You might rub a little in a few places. Generally speaking, you need 4.5" backspacing or less to run a 12.50" wide tire.

Double check the clearance between your tires and the upper rear spring perchs.
I'm running 33 x 10.50's and on stock Gambler wheels with 5.25" backspacing. There was not enough space for my liking so I added spacers.

They will clear but wheel spacers give it a better stance and clearance.

Unlimited04 is referring to your 4" suspension lift not wheel spacers. If you don't have a track bar drop bracket or an adjustable track bar, lifting your Jeep only using the stock track bars will shift the axles more to one side or the other depending on how high the lift is. Thus, affecting your tire clearance. The front axle will shift more to the driver's side and the rear axle will shift more to the passenger side as you increase suspension lift without doing anything with the track bars. So when worrying about tire clearance, also take into account whether or not your axles will be centered.
