What Year Was The Rubicon First Made?

I was just wondering what year the Rubicon emerged?

Model year 2003. I couldn't say when the first one came off the line though, as far as actual date.

That's interesting. I did know that about the 1989 one. Do you know of any pictures of this older one?

tyheres a pic in the sept 05 issue of JP magazine its just a renegade with big ugly flared fenders basically all cosmetic

Those big fender flares were just made to be ripped off !!!!!

I received mine the first week of september in 2002 on my 19 birthday but I ordered it in June I think but cant remember the dealer said it was the first in the state(WI) there was a bunch of dealers from other dealerships there looking at it when I picked it up it was a good day

The renegade package was the only one that came with the big flaired body kit. They built them untill about 92-93.
