What would it cost to swap the frame?

I picked up a 97 wrangler a few months ago. Had a 3.25" lift kit put on it and 33's. It needed a little body work which I had done. Car looks nice. I knew the frame had some rust on it but didnt realize how bad it was until today when the mechanic put it up on the lift and the frame just about cracked in half. He told me it is NOT safe to drive so at this point i'm screwed. I found a used frame in decent shape and the price isnt too bad.

Does anyone have an idea how much it should cost to swap out the frame? I know its a big job and I just want to see what I should be paying. If anyone knows someone that could help that would be great too. I live in nassau county NY and the truck is in queens.

Thanks in advance.
