What side is up? OME spring(Pic)

What side is up? They say the smaller end goes up top but i cant tell any size difference? Anybody know?

The tag on the spring points down. Tt least thats what I've noticed.

That looks like a rear spring. I think rear springs are the same on either end. If you want to be absolutely sure, just measure the diameter of the coil ends.

The front springs have a smaller diameter coil at the top.

what do you guys think about spacer? I dont like the looks of it...should it go above the OEM stopper that was in the spring cup
