What should I do with my 2000 Wrangler?

I just got a 2000 Jeep Wrangler, and I'd like to put a grill guard on it. but within the money limits of $100-$350/$400 I'd like to be able to put some lights on it as well. I've found some bull bars..but they just seem small.
I also want to put 31 inch tires on it, no lift..yet.. If anyone could suggest great tires that all together won't cost more than $900. Thanks a lot, I'm new to the forum and new to souping up a Jeep so any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way I have a lil 4cyl :/ so I know 33's and a lift would not help with power. I don't care too, too much but I'd like to get past 85mph.
Thanks again.
-Jon

Seriously check Ebay for things like lights and bumper bars. I got a complete custom bumper for $36 bucks. Also, look at goodyear Duratracs tires, a set will cost between $500 and 700. And, you could get a small spacer lift for about $100.

85 mph? Buy a car.

Seriously the tires in that budget could get you into 33's but if you want 31's you are close to Wheeling WV. Used to live in Uniontiown/Morgantown. In Wheeling there is a tire 4x4 store called national tire and wheel. Check them out. Good luck.

poison spyder trail stinger runs about $200 and i hit a deer head on with it and it didn't leave a scratch. as far as tires, bfg t/a ko's are a good all around tire for highway and light offroad use.
