What should I do with my 2000 Wrangler?

I just got a 2000 Jeep Wrangler, and I'd like to put a grill guard on it. but within the money limits of $100-$350/$400 I'd like to be able to put some lights on it as well. I've found some bull bars..but they just seem small.
I also want to put 31 inch tires on it, no lift..yet.. If anyone could suggest great tires that all together won't cost more than $900. Thanks a lot, I'm new to the forum and new to souping up a Jeep so any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way I have a lil 4cyl :/ so I know 33's and a lift would not help with power. I don't care too, too much but I'd like to get past 85mph.

why do you need to go faster than 85? why do you need to go 85, period?

Seriously check Ebay for things like lights and bumper bars. I got a complete custom bumper for $36 bucks. Also, look at goodyear Duratracs tires, a set will cost between $500 and 700. And, you could get a small spacer lift for about $100.

85 mph? Buy a car.

Seriously the tires in that budget could get you into 33's but if you want 31's you are close to Wheeling WV. Used to live in Uniontiown/Morgantown. In Wheeling there is a tire 4x4 store called national tire and wheel. Check them out. Good luck.

poison spyder trail stinger runs about $200 and i hit a deer head on with it and it didn't leave a scratch. as far as tires, bfg t/a ko's are a good all around tire for highway and light offroad use.
