What should i do with this 06 TJ Sport?!?

I am new to the jeepin world. Always wanted one, friends have them, and i finally bought one! However i do not know what to do. I scored a 2006 Wrangler Sport TJ 4.0 Trail Rated completely stock with only 18k miles on it for $14,250. Blue book is over $21,000! Nothing wrong with it, just knew someone who knew someone. Garage kept and not even a scratch on it. (Automatic tranny btw)

So to the point. Since it is my first jeep. Should I...

A- Sell the jeep, make a few thousand and put it towards a jeep i actually want. Like the manuel 01 tj sport with that already has everything i want on it such as 35" tires custom rims 4.5" lift ex. and exactly how i want it to look and run that i saw on craigslist with only 73k miles on it. (Asking $10,500 btw)

or...

B- Be stoked that i found such a sweet deal. Save my money, and take maybe two years to build it up gradually to what i want it to become?

Notes: 1- 06 is automatic, 01 is manuel 2- even though the 14,250 seemed like a deal i couldnt pass up. It was a very tight budget and left me with no extra cash to play with. 3- same color, same model, just older

Please give me some feedback, thoughts and opinions as they all would be appreciated. Thanks!

Its all up to what you think would be the best. I bought my 03 TJ and trailed it for a while in stock form which gave me a better idea of how to build it using the least amount of money. Now i have a blast with just 3 in lift (Spacers and shocks...200 bucks) and a set of 34x10.50x15 Super Swamper LTBs. I use it as a daily driver and weekend wheeler and love it. If i were you and could swing it I would keep it and slowly build it then later down the road sell it if you get tired of that one and buy a new one!!!!!

Keep what you have. You will know exactly what it has been through and what parts you need in order to fix it once you break it. Make it yours.

You should......

1) Fill out your profile. Learn what you have and get to know what it means.
2) Start reading and learning. If you're going to own a jeep, make it a part of you.
3) Never forget to wave
4) Learn how to CORRECTLY build up a jeep. Don't buy someone else's mistakes. Read build threads.
5) Use the search function

Also, Trail Rated means nothing.....it's just a Jeep badge. And no matter what, a stock TJ will NEVER sell for 21,000. $14,000 sounds about right for the year, mileage, and condition. You would not be able to make a profit by selling it.

Not sure where you are in Colorado but look at the Mitsubishi dealer on Arapahoe Rd. Just east of I-25. They have a ton of jeeps that they are practically giving away. Most are bone stock repo's. Several Rubi's too

Indianapolis, just as my profile says......I don't think you looked hard enough. You should be able to find a late model TJ for under 14 over and over again. You can buy a new JK for $19,000 so people can't possibly be selling TJ's for $18,000 unless they are perfect with 2,000 miles on them. You got an average low mileage TJ for an average price. Good job. I hope you do a better job of finding good prices on your TJ's future parts.

Was that English?

Again, the badge means nothing. All TJ's have 4hi and 4low. They didn't start putting the badge on until 2004. I wish I didn't have one, it's ugly and lame. It's a Wrangler, of course it's "trail rated."

Sell it, buy 2 jeeps - The nicest stock one for 7 grand and buy a used 4.0 manual for like 5 grand and build it up into a monster.
