What to replace while doing heater core?

I have to replace the heater core in my TJ, it has about 100k on it, I know there are some gaskets and such that I'll replace, but I also know there's the blender door, fan motor and such. I don't want to go replacing everything if I don't need to, but at the same time, I understand it's like an 11 hour job, I don't want to get it back together and 6 months down the road something else needs replacing that will have me pulling the dash again. I haven't gotten into it yet so I don't know whats in the heater box, vs what I can get to without pulling it all apart again.

Thanks!

Just clean the box real good with simple green or equal cleaner. Replace all foam seals that are gone. On the right track!
