What is my lift?

I bought my Jeep a few months ago and I want to replace the shock absorbers. I do not know what the lift is and the previous owner does not know either. The current shock absorbers are rusted but they are or were white with yellow boots. The tires are Mud Dawg with about 50% tread left on them. The distance from the top of the front tire to the fender is 6 1/2 inches. The distance form the top of the rear tire to the fender is 7 inches. The distance from the stock step to the ground is 21 inches. The springs are black. Thank you in advance for any knowledge on the subject.

They are 12 inches in the rear and 16 inches in the front. According to that chart you attached, I have a 4 inch lift. Thank you for your help.
