What kind of tool do I need to remove screws from the exterior of my Jeep?

some are philips screws - use philips screwdriver
some are bolts - use wrenches and sockets of various sae and metric sizes
some are torx - use torx bits, they come in screwdriver style, allen wrench style, and sockets.
