I setup a meeting for tonight where I will be looking at and probably getting, a used civic in trade for a surround sound system that has been collecting dust in a closet

This means my LJ will become my occasionally driven/offroaded toy instead of my DD, and will last much longer since it will no longer be driven daily on the salty roads

Now what to do first, 35" LTBs? Detroit out back + regear? longarm? tube fenders? hmmmm so much to do and so little time (and money)

only 375 for me... I adjusted the posts per page so I don't have to click as much.

Got a line on some 1/4" and some 3/16 steel today at a good price for a new front bumper.

Last week I fixed the squeaky steering wheel with white lithium grease spray, and fixed the drivers key lock with some of that lock de-freezer stuff.. Works great! Oh, I hate cold weather too!

Replaced the shifter boot bracket so the boot isn't flying all over the place and getting all kinds of dust down in the mechanical parts.

Replaced the dreaded blower motor resistor.

got my atoz rockers today.

i ordered them yesterday around noon, and they were @ my door today at approx 5:30... WOW that's service!!

special thanks to jersey joe from north jersey jeep club for dropping them off, i appreciate it!

these things are heavy duty.

i was hoping mine would have the atoz logo on it, i kinda liked the way it looked, but either which way these things are awesome, gonna prime tomorrow.

wired in a noisemaker box hailer. lots of cool siren noises, animal sounds. My favorite bit of noisy goodness is the ice cream man music to tease the kids in the neighborhood with.

Been in the garage this week waiting to be taken out for a ride on the 1000th page. Not my DD anymore. At 103,000 miles, by me, I've decided to slow them down over the past few years with a different DD. But I take it to work ever once in a while and drive it on the weekends.

Looks nice. Why not powder coat?

I got mine raw as well. Easier to paint if it gets scratched than powder coating. Lot cheaper too. (sweet made it onto page 1000!)
