Did the LED mod in my dash cluster.

Quick question...are there bulbs for the turn signal and odometer as well?

I believe those are LEDS soldered into the unit.

Yesterday I changed the rear brake pads on my Jeep as they were about 1/32" from metal on metal in one spot.

Not directly Jeep related, but I also made a welding cart so it should make some projects much easier

More info on it in the Fabrication Shop.

Went from this.

To this. New Hella off-road lights, Painted headlight bezels, Aux Bar.

Then added 3M grip tape to cover some old scratches from the PO.

No, those are covers that come off at night. I'm undecided as of right now if I should keep using them.

Changed my rear diff fluid and used lubelocker for new gasket. Torqued to 25ftlbs, no leaks. Sold on the ease of lubelockers now. Almost can't wait to do the front, even though it has a stripped allen head bolt...

I started my day pulling my buddies 454 out of his 88 SS and then failed in explaining to him how it would run better in my TJ. LOL Then I came home around noon and made some new front sway bar links as the old quick disconnects were worn out and the ball joints were blown. I used the bottom ring and bushing and just welded up some pipe to a couple 3/8 bolts , cleaned them, primed um, painted um, put some new bushings in and installed them. What a difference. Im just going to replace the bottom bolt with a 1/2" pin and they will be quick to disconnect again. Make myself a hold up bracket and be done. Till I get bored and find something else to modify.

Reattached my passenger door handle. The threaded clip had fallen off allowing the screw to fall out (thankfully) inside Rocksanne. Also tightened down the dome light since it rattled with every song.
