Left both windows open just a crack. Then it rained all night and I have puddles for my feet to soak in.

Welded a new crossbar onto the back of the rollcage. Only $10 for the pre-bent ready-to-weld cross bar on a big going out of business sale, but $20 for an aerosol can of Flame Red paint now on order to paint it to match the rest of the rollbar.

It's my first own Wrangler! My Dad had a CJ7 when I was a kid and I always wanted another one but this is just as good only nicer inside and out!

RED! Can I say more! I'll post pics soon!

Today I will be finishing the rust treatment/painting on my frame, painting the suspension components, painting the "shovel", lining up the new clutch kit, possibly dying the carpets, painting the mirrors, painting the hardtop rear window hinges and prepping the wheels for paint.

Flatlander, I envy the fact that your fiance is so involved (and seems to love) with your jeep as much as you are.

I can't even get my gf to hold still for a damn picture most of the time, much less do something with my jeep.

It'll be a cold summer's day in hell when she actually comes up to me and tells me she WANTS me to take the top off so we can go wheeling.
