Ordered a behind-the-taillight CB antenna mount from Quadratech and installed the flush factory bumper ends I picked up from my local Jeep dealer this aft.

All I did was look at it as I walked by it today.
The TJ is not my DD and rarely gets driven. Other than driving it from one part of my driveway to another, it has not moved in three weeks. I'm heading out on Saturday for a trail ride, so it'll get about 300 miles on it that day. I replaced a fuse, changed the oil and put on new wiper blades last weekend. I might drive it to work tomorrow so I can top off the gas.

Orderer my CB mount, antenna and coax. Picked up a couple of things to get started with my regear to 4.10 (bearings, magnetic dial caliper, etc). Also picked up a LED light to put the 3rd brake light back on my recently installed Warn tire carrier. Looks like a busy weekend and I can't wait.

Installed an AEM cold air intake on my '99. Couldn't hear much of a difference, but it certainly provided a little more power. Engine with 72,000 miles on it feels alive again.

Unfortunately I only walked past it twice....once on my way to my work truck and once coming back into the house...since my home charger for my cell is broken...I'll probably plug my phone into it tonight..pretty boring I know, but thats what I did with it today. My guess is that the same routine will apply tomorrow.

Just finished my lockright install.
No real driving impressions yet, just the few miles between the garage and my house with some figure 8s in a parking lot to lube up the rear trac-lock (and hear the front end ratchet). Tom |
