Gas was $3.26 in South Carolina 6 days ago. Now it is $4.09... Those pipelines better get cut back on asap.

I just got back from wheelin at Gulches ORV park, had an absolute blast. Never knew my suspension could flex so much, and how bad I need lockers too. I was teeter-tottering on 2 opposite wheels on the off camber warm up course. Didn't do anything too hard yet, just easy, intermediate, and advanced trails. Their rating keeps on going up, sorta confusing. My cousin-in-law's stock 06 X kept up just fine despite scraping here and there.

Pictures still uploading, I'll add them in a sec.

Hasn't been less than $3.65 around here since... last year? Actually, it has been so long I can't remember.

Trimmed the stock side steps so they'll fit over the rocker gaurds until I get some tubes bent and welded on.

I bought a new tire carrier for my TJ, an Or-fab carrier including mounts for two Jerry cans. The instructions say it should take only about 2 hrs to install, well I'm here to tell you that after 8 hrs I had to quit (my body quit on me), I will try to resume tomorrow. But the carrier is going together fine, all the pieces fit nicely. I'll post some pictures when I'm done.

Happy Trails!

Your jeep looks great! Looks like some good wheeling in SC. Next time you should unhook your swaybar and approach this obstacle the same way and be amazed at the improvement in offroad performance. Back in the day I thought "It can't make that much difference" but boy does it!

Scrubbed down the inside took apart most of the interior panels, cleaned all of the glass inside and out and then.... put the hardtop back on. I am moving next weekend and have no better way to move the top to the new place except on the jeep, and in the meantime I have to pack up my entire shop (garage) and cannot have the top in the way.

I just fueled up for $3.85 in Morro Bay, CA. That's the lowest price it’s been in months. At least I wasn't filling up the 90 gallon tank on my boat or the 120 gallon diesel tank on the motorhome!

I attempted to change the bolts with clevis pins earlier this week to get ready, but had no luck. New approach is 4 straight days of PB blaster then impact wrench on the 5th. . It would have helped a ton on the off camber course, I had to back out of it because it kept getting deeper.
