Got my staun deflators, Skyjacker shift bracket (for bellyup), and bug screen. Mounted the bug screen and set up the stauns.

Put in the third brake light riser and got legal. At least temporarily.

It's a 2-wire sealed LED brake light from eBay for $20 shipped. I tapped into the 6-wire harness behind the passenger side taillight...black to black and white to red. And I removed all the stock 3rd brake light wiring and pieces in the tub since it's not used anymore.

If you look closely in the first pic, you can see the LED strip mounted to the body...it's between the swing out and the bumper. I have a 1" body lift so the spacing was perfect.

Took the hard top off. Put on the safari top and the duster cover. I'm sure it will rain now!

I got in my '97 Sahara and drove to Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, parked it, then went snorkeling followed by an hour of sun on the beach (lots of bikinis on the beach I noticed, just in passing of course). When I tired of those activites I got back in my Jeep and drove back home and had a Mai Tai. Yep, you're right, overall today was a real crappy day from a Jeep perspective, but what can I say?

And I installed my XM radio and antenna...going to be installing my CB radio probably in the next 4-5 days along with tuffy glove box and auxiliary input adapter.
