Got a motion sensor alarm installed. I came out to my car port this morning to go to work and found my console emptied out into my front seat. Nothing stolen, but I will catch them if they come back!!! I HATE A THIEF
Yeah I put a bulldog with motion sensor in after people went through our neighborhood twice. I'm pretty disappointed in it... it caused a lot of headache putting it in and seems to be on the fritz some of the time. Still it does what I need it too (even if I can't hear it from the window above my driveway LOL)
What kind did you get and how do you like it?
And today I jump started my TJ because when I put the full soft doors on yesterday, I forgot to flip the switch to turn off the dome/door switches. D'OH!

Just mounted my currie rockers
Those suckers where a pain in the a$$ to mount. took me atleast 2+ hours.
I had to drill like 24 holes in my jeep but they look dam good and are very stout.
1997 TJ SE, 175,000 5 speed. 8k on new engine. RE 4.5" long arm.1" PA BL, tera 4:1. 35"x12.5"x15" MTZ, fab tech front bumper, warn rear w/carrier. Currie rock sliders, D44 in rear w/ arb. 488 gears. TBT sports cage. currie tie rod.
i pulled the downpipe and cat from mine so i could put the new one in. also tried to drill a hole into the bolt that broke off in the head from where i took the manifolds off. and prepared the garage to take the valve cover and head off to get the bolt out.
When changing my manifold out. i also found the bolt had cracked and fallen off with the removal of the old one. Had it machined out, one of the few cheap parts by jeep makers
This weekend i put my fabtech SS on, painted my bumpers and frame with rustoleum, installed a 7 pin hitch harness connector in my bumper, riveted my front speakers to adapter plates/adapter plates behind cover/cover to the dash, and had HORRIBLE DW (thought i was gonna die!!!) <<<before i replaced steering stabilizer.
Today at work, i balanced my wheels, broke off two rear wheel studs, and got a much needed alignment.
Forsaken DW no more....

My Jeep is a DD (split between it and my other ride). The TrXuS's are nice, but balancing is a pain. I found a place that does the balancing with the latest balancing tech (can't remember the balancer Hunter 9000? maybe), but they won't balance my wheels on my Jeep unless I take them off and bring em in somehow (I have wheel spacers).
Their traction is GREAT. Their noise isn't bad considering they are MT's, and as you can see by the spare, they are wearing great (that is after 3,000 on that spare).

Keep moving forward. But keep an eye on history, for if you don't, you are doomed to repeat it.
