In those areas you just do a dummy stitch around the front and pull it tight then pick up the front/back stitching after the spoke. Because of the concave nature of that area there is a little give under the cover, maybe a mm or two, but it's not loose otherwise. The stitching keeps the edge of it pulled tight. In fact, the cover as a whole can't be spun or rotated by hand once it's threaded up.
It is, after all, a cover. It doesn't replace the factory leather wrap. I'm very impressed though. Also what appear to be wrinkles in the spoke areas in the photo have gone away after a couple days. I suppose you could use a bit of adhesive to get it to lay 100% flat in those areas if it bothered you.

I see you got the new MTZ Mold, the P3 with 4 pitch sidebiters, very nice.

I have the old mold GEN 1.

[QUOTE=WeezyBlue;38923762]Threaded up a leather wheelskin, fitted a 2 meter radio (still need to wire,) mounted a second extinguisher in reach of the driver at the base of the driver's seat to meet MN ORV park requirements, and did a little photo shot.

Where did you get the silver sheet metal piece inside your wheel well? I like that alot but would need it for a TJ...

Nice rig Sir.

Affirmative, aluminum inners from Poison Spyder. They can be ordered separately but they're designed to work with their Defenders

Got my rad, t-stat, and upper/lower hoses today, looks like my day off tomorrow will be productive.
Glad to see the Fed-Ex driver knew which end was up too 😯

That's better than them playing catch and drop, like they did with my rocker guards.
