Just got done installing my ZJ tie rod conversion and DIY alignment. Ready for 33s now!

Seriously, seeing fellow Jeepers with 35s and the stock wimpy tie rod scares the heck outta me. i actually saw it on extreme 4x4 on the dual purpose TJ build. Upgraded everything EXCEPT the tie rod! Then goes wheeling with it! X_X

Sweet. Any reason you're not buying another set of MTR-K's?

Made some seat foam 'bolsters' (probably not the correct term) for the actual seat area, not the backrest, of the drivers seat. Used some NSI Minicell Foam in 1/2", adhesive backed via Amazon - this is the type of foam that you create seat and leg/knee supports in a whitewater or touring kayak. Removed the seat area cover, traced out some shapes on paper, transferred to the foam and cut the basic shape then rounded the edges. Slipped into the cover and stuck them down. The seat had 177,000mi on it and was pretty flat - I just did the thigh bolsters not the large seating area seat pad itself. Worked out nice. $10 cost and 30 minutes.

I installed bedtred in my jeep over the summer but only the front. Purchased the back over black friday weekend and installed today. Much more of a pain than the front. But I like it.

Ground down my hubs so that they now fit in the rotors for the BBK kit and removed my windshield banner that was interfering with my Toll Tag.

A wire harness upgrade with will allow you to use a higher watt bulb and it will even make your stock lights brighter.

I got mine from here with the Hella H4 conversion housing and I used the Osram H4 70/75 bulb. Lots brighter than stock and no issues with the stock wire harness.

Ordered my G2 4.88s package with master install kit and a ARB CKMA12 compressor for my D44 locker.

Also got the NTK bank 1 upstream O2 sensor I ordered. Still trying to figure out what is causing my pinging issue.

I wasn't happy with how angry my tailgate latch sounded, pulled it off and spent the rest of my day researching tire carriers.
Have you tried the extention bump stop mod, extending the black rubber on yr tailgate. I did that awhile back because of the noise, until I can save for a tire/swing bumper. Have not had any issues,it's nice and tight and to noise/play from my tire when I shut the tailgate.

I've come across that mod in a few different posts. I haven't tried it yet. I'm hoping to catch a deal or sale with Christmas coming. Until then I'll have to deal with the eyesore of the empty spare rack and an extra foot rest in my apartment
