Finished putting the last few crappy nuts and bolts on to hold the Omix-Ada fender flares more flush to the body. When I put them on in December, it was too cold to get my hand wedged up between the body and the tub liner.

What did I do to my TJ today?

I removed the half doors for the first time and mounted my doors-off mirrors (black brackets from jeepit.com with black, metal, rectangular mirror heads from NAPA).

My TJ is black, so obviously the black nuts that secure the doors also are painted black, and of course my socket scraped them up pretty bad. I guess it'll be a Sharpie fix when I put them back on.

Bought 5 new BFGoodrich 285/75 All Terrain tires from Bell Tire (I Installed BB 2 weeks ago), and I installed a Performance Accessories one-inch body lift. The radiator drop brackets were a bi*ch and a half to install. I haven't swore that much in five years. My Jeep finally looks like a Jeep, and no vibes!

I gave her a seafoam treatment to blow out all the crud and then changed out the spark plugs and the air filter. Smoothe idle again. Gave her a good bath, vacuum and penetrol'd the flares. She's all perty now.
