Strangely enough Discount Tire sets my 31's at 28 at my request. That is the "magic number" where I have great tread wear.
I don't doubt they would set it at 28 if I asked, heck they let me pull it in and out of the bay. I just let them do their job because I can easily air them down to my desired PSI on my own afterwards. DT gets in my book.

When my dad went to go get my spare mounted, he asked them to set it at 26 and they said okay. I haven't checked it though.

Correct not on oversize tires. But I follow the door placard. Been working at dealerships for many moons now and that's what we follow and it has never steered me wrong yet! My 32s are set at 35 and no wear issues.

The tires on my GMC 2500 say 80 psi. I set my front at 50 and the rear at 60 unless I tow the fifth wheel that I take it back to 80 in the front to 60.

E rated truck tires get some serious pressures printed on the sidewalls... and they ride like rocks... but cant complain about the fuel mileage!

Whats your price?
I'll see if I can get some out of my parents for "safety reasons" lol.
Either way I want it if it's in decent shape.

Does $100 sound fair? I have no idea what they go for used. It's in great shape, it just isn't as comfortable as I need it to be. Ill get a pic here in a minute.

Ok that sounds very fair!
And within my budget too lol. That's important.
Yeah mine has a nice big hole in it where it's just been worn through.

I'll see what I can do as far as funds go, but if there was any way you could hold it for a week or two that would be great.
I'm kinda under house arrest right now...

"house arrest" LMAO.... wish that was one of my biggest worries, I know how to play that game now that I'm on the "authority" end of the program.
