i did mine with some sandpaper, steel wool and a can of spray paint... flat black, simple change that eliminated the last bit of chrome outside the jeep.

i think it looks a lot better on the Red/Black

It works great, gives a nice smooth bend without deforming the tube section, really easy to use as well.

Free soft top finally arrive, now I just have to track down the frame for it. Also got in Blaine sway bar brackets, factory jack and door muckets.

I had to drill holes for my rear bumper tire carrier on my 04 TJ. I made a plate 1/8 x 3/4 x 1-1/2 and drilled 2 holes to match the crossmember. I tack welded 2 bolts to the plate. This will keep them from turning when you put the lock nuts on. I was able to slip the bolts in between the frame and the shield and then I used a magnet to guide the bolts through the hole. I then use some wire to hold the bolts in place around the threads until I put the bumper on I got a nut started. Then I remove the wire and tightened the bolts.

I installed my BDS 2" lift. I ended up with about 3" front and rear, It looks way better now. It rides so much better than stock, we have lots of frost heaves here in NH right now and it handles them 10x better than stock. I added a new rear tire cover too.

I also seafoamed the intake and then took out and cleaned the Throttle body and IAC using the threads on this site

I received and installed upgraded wire harness for the hella bulbs I put in for the headlights.

It better start to warm up soon. I need to get out and away from Internet. My pockets can't handle any more cooped up and prepping for spring up in these parts

I don't have any vibs that I have noticed yet, only drove it for about 15 mins though but it seemed to ride great. The only problem I had was the rear axle did shift more than I expected and I have to order a trackbar relocation bracket. It was just barely touching the tire, but unfortunately I have to drive it today and tomorrow so I took a BFH to the spring perch to get it away from the tire until the bracket comes in. I found out that trick after searching on this site.

I have been doing the exact same thing! Getting impatient for spring to get here and have been searching and ordering stuff for the jeep like crazy in the last couple weeks. I don't think spring is ever going to get here in NH this year.
