Tightened my lug nuts.. Something told me to check them before I made the 1.5 hour trip home. And sure enough 3 barely threaded on the passenger, 2 on the driver side.

I pulled all 4 wheels and re-torqued my spacer lugs and re-torqued my wheel lugs after seeing someone else's horror-post picture of a L/R that decided it was time to leave the party...

and found a 2" crack at the bottom center of the windshield. any insider info on how long it takes to travel to the top and become an "issue"?

how much does a TJ windshield cost these days?

Got my tire carrier functioning again.

Re-routed window washer line from reservoir across the support rod toward firewall to hood.

Re-purposed PIAA 1500's from rock lights to reverse/work lights (still need to wire them.)

Cut out the points inside W's on the rear bumper in anticipation of placing LED's there.

I saw those pics last night. SCARY for sure!!!

I just had the windshield replaced on my 97 TJ a month ago for $150.00. Be sure to shop around. Safelight wanted $300 or so.

A little mock up work on the flat dash. I will be using 1/8 ALUMINUM SHEET for the panel and I will be using Intellitronix 5 gauge digital cluster. I'm still deciding on my lay out of everything. But a few pics so far.

I work at a dealership, and we have a contractor so I got the discount price, but shop around locally as I found other places that would do it for about $150.00- $175.00.
