What made it a nightmare? I'm getting ready to do the same thing. Did you buy the kit ( pre bent) how much$

The pre-bent lines from Quadratec are about $150 or so. I've never had to do this before so fishing the new lines across the front of the jeep was a challenge. It took more time than expected and honestly at one point I thought it wasn't going to happen. It was really hard to route the new lines the exact same way as the old ones but after several hours and a couple of cold ones, I got it. I recommend using deep creep from sea foam for those stubborn hard to turn lines. Also, recommended on this thread... Cut the old lines and use a six sided ratchet. I didn't do that but, will if I ever have to do it again! Good Luck!

I wanted to do this but it scares me to throw anything in the motor that not a motor oil

I tried a little at first, 4oz or so. Bout 2 days before oil change. It helped with what I thought was a sticky lifter/exhaust valve. ( because of how it sounded during idle). MMO came as advice from my old man who had a 67vette stored in a dirt floor, unheated garage. Which after sitting 20+ years cranked over before restoring it.

Tick was still there but much less noticeable. I've used sea foam to try to "ungunk" insides before oil change. The last step, coil and plugs really seemed to help the most.

Can you recommend a quality motor oil w more zinc in it?

Then I use the adhesion promoter (usually 2 coats), wait 15min, then a very light coat of color, wait 5-10min, then 3 coats of color (last 2 pretty thick) with about 10 min between coats, then 1-2 coats of clear....I recently tried a rustoleum matte clear over SEM satin black & I love the finish, but can't say how it holds up yet. Crossed the Rubi locker switch mod off the list. Used one of the wires from the tiniest one of these. Clipped the wire short with a cut bevel opposite each other.

Jumped pins 1 & 4. The bevel of the cut helped the wire slip inside the hole next to end of the pin.The loop makes it easy to pull out.

I picked up a Lincoln Weldpac HD yesterday. I have not welded in 19 years, managed some halfway passable welds while practiceing last night with it. I made these brackets today to store my highlift in front of my Tuffy Jumbo Box. Just have to paint them up now. Will post pics of everything installed once finished.

Couple of things. Got an email from Brown Dog saying my MML was shipped. Got my body mounts loosened for the body lift, installed my Teraflex bar pin eliminators. I'm feeling the itch to wheel, so I parked on the snow pile outside of my work for the day.
