Press (Harbor Freight) to get them out, hammer to put them in. I broke a couple caps once with the press, so now I use a dead-blow mallet (also Harbor Freight) and a couple appropriate sockets to gently finesse the caps into place.

The skid plate was completely packed with ice. It took me about an hour to spray it out with the water hose

I had the exact same thing happen yesterday! Mine was really bad, it even shook at idle.

O/T, plowed 12" of snow from the driveway today.

Yea mine did too. I first noticed it riding down the road and thought it was another cracked manifold

I stared at it in my driveway on jack stands as I wait for parts to show up.

I reclaimed the garage and gave the jeep its bedroom back.

After that, I was so stoked about being able to work on it at night that I finally installed a 3.5mm aux. audio input on my stock stereo using the cd changer wiring harness input. I've been dreading drilling through the plastic dash, but I think it came out really clean.

Did you paint the interior tan? If so, what paint did you use. I've got a set of 1/2 doors I need to change the door panel color.
