Just before shipping home installed new Cooper STT and Trucklite LEDs. Great improvement over H4's

Are you planning to make the front go all the way down to the floor? Or just end it on top if the dash?

Mine does the same thing except it was the cracked exhaust manifold. So I replaced it with the later 2 piece style and it was decently quiet but has been getting louder over time. I've been thinking maybe it just needs to be tightened again or the gasket didnt set.

I only have 93k miles, do you think mine could be piston slap?

It's hard to tell. When mine first started tapping I thought it was the normal "lifter tap", but 35k later I was putting in a new engine. I had 175k on mine when it started.

Does yours get quieter when it warms up?
Mind did for the first but the las 5k it knocked all the time...

It ticks when I first start up in the cold and then once it's warm it goes away. The loud tick happens under load and happens anytime.
