installed my CB, "fixed" the latches on my doors so they actually work (they're still loose though...so new one's in the future), and put my high-lift on the bumper.

Replaced the power steering pressure line and flushed the system using the return line. Had to get all the power steering fluid out and get proper ATF in. Return line had some non-reusable clamp so we used a normal hose clamp instead.

Did a late night last minute before-ride axle shaft u joint replacement. Left the hub on the stub and used the hammer method to knock the caps loose. Dry as a bone. Pressed in the new Spicer joint with a vise and reassembled everything, ready to put the gear oil in in the morning. Still want to do the other side sometime but this one was a ticking (literally) timebomb.

Finally got my A to Z Fab winch mount and installed my Christmas present. It required a bit of modification. I'll make a thread explaining for the next person that tries this combination.

Replaced my positive battery terminal. Also attached my KC's positive wires to the side post terminal on my optima red top. I kept the winch hooked up to the main top terminal.

After almost two years of buying my TJ I finally installed a CB (always broke), went with the Uniden 510 along with a 4' Firestik.

Looked into why i was getting terrible mileage even after changing the plugs. Found the oem air filter to be black instead of white and made in 2011. Looking at the carfax, that's when it was at a dealer for a tune up last. Figured it was time for a change

I joined the Diehard Platinum club today. The 3 year old Walmart battery that came with the Jeep has felt weak recently and stopped holding a charge a couple days ago.

The Diehard is at least 5lbs heavier than the old battery!

Repainted my rear bumper with some spray on bedliner and mounted the fire extinguisher.

And put a shift boot on my auto shifter
