t-case bracket and wipe new

Installed a Skyjacker T-case relocating bracket for the 4x4 shift lever. Also used a product called "wipe new" on all the faded plastic pieces. I was shocked at just how faded everything was. This stuff is suppose to last for a few years without having to reapply.

Finally got some pictures of the Iggee's. Overall I love these!

Also, got a package in the mail

Great part…..I ordered these and pads on Tuesday and received this box on Friday……in Hawaii (that's very fast)…Also, Blaine gave 7.5% for Military discount and also still honored free shipping, which is a first for me out on this rock.
Bad part……..It was only the rotors, pads were shipped separately and won't be here until Monday (have to wait for the install now).

Charged the phone with it. TX ice storm and no power for almost 48 hours. 21 degrees so the two basset hounds are on heater duty.

Picked up a set of excellent condition factory Ecco's for $75. Not the ideal choice, but my soft 8's are so badly out of round they won't come close to balancing anymore. Gets worse as the tires wear more. I noticed they are wearing unusually fast. I'll the the km2's mounted on them at the beginning of the week, and prolly paint them black. They'll work good with my 33x10.50's until I get ready for new tires. I also have some 1.25" spacers if I end up needing them. I thought $75 was pretty good, you can't even buy 2 new soft 8's with that. I'll be happy to have a smooth ride and balanced tires back. Should be a good bit lighter too

I never want to go back to steel wheels after having alloys...good upgrade imo.

I was going to go with some pro comp aluminum rims anyways. I can't remember the model, but they look like the black classic ii's. I knew my steelies were bad, and I was sold on aluminum after comparing the weight. 12lbs lighter each! Less rotational mass=less breakage. Once I noticed how bad my out of round steelies were treating my km2's, I started looking, but only wanted alloy/aluminum. Seemed like a good deal, especially considering other CL ads for the same rims were $250+. Im not really fond of the backspacing, but I have a set of spidertrax spacers I was going to use on my ranger, so I figured it would work out. I cant wait to get them on and not have the jeep feel like ita going to fall apart.

Had a car pull into my lane on a busy street and almost hit them because my brakes locked up. Then had to use 4Hi to get to the roof of my parking garage, we'll see how work in the morning goes.

Correct, Ft Worth is a little colder than College Station right now. These people don't know how to react to this weather.
