Replaced door hinge bushings on the passenger side with black magic bushings. My '98 has the 1/2 length bushings so I had to cut them down to size. The door was a pita to install once the bushings were in, but now that their in the door lines up nicely.

Unfortunately I have to tap one out before I realized they were 1/2 sized bushings and cracked one in the process. Such is life.

Lubed all the grease points.
Tightened some screws and nuts to get rid of rattle's.
Started the winter maintenance.

I'm too old to play with Lego's, so I got a Jeep. 97 TJ club member

5) Putting in my new weathertech mats
Crossed off the pinion seal, and the UCA bushings... The pinion seal took about an hour, the UCA bushings... lets just say I ran out of daylight; and I started at around 10AM.

Too many!! All the control arms, the rear C/V driveshaft, steering.
Do all the zerks then finish with the needle valves. 20+

I read a thread on another forum that's why I suggested that you check the passenger side did it solve your problem?
