Noticed I lost HVAC controls. Looks like I have a vacuum leak that I need to track down.

Now its a little rough downshifting from 2nd to 1st.

And of coarse as soon as I got done fixing that I locked my keys in the jeep with no spare. luckly my insurance covers it and didnt have to pay the $80.
Happened to me only once before. In the middle of the woods far from anyone. Now I have a key wired under the JEEP.

Be sure to check the ATF with the engine hot and in netural.

Fire up a cigarette and blow some smoke in a line and that will help you track down where the leak is.

There's a T fitting in the engine bay where the lines can get disconnected. I'd check there first. Just follow the lines until you get to the T. On mine it's near the battery/blower motor area

Yea that's how the whole locked inside happened. I got out to check and shut the door so it was running with all the doors locked.

Yea but that trip to Bandera should would be nice with selectable HVAC controls. My heater does work just can't select which vents I want it to come out of.

I did a quick inspect but didn't notice anything. Going to check again here in a sec.

Got my MC sliders painted and mounted as well as painted my flares. Extremely pleased with the way it came out. Forgot to get some good pics at the shop in the light, and iPhones do not like the dark.
