OT: painted my mirror relocation brackets. Used Rust-oleum bedliner and threw some clear coat over it.
Isnt that the 60 you cant get brake parts for anymore ? Theres a couple of them here local to me , but I have left them be .

Got the hubs on my HP 30 loose. Sometime this weekend I need to get the trackbar that is still attached off. Also pretty close to deciding on what I want for shafts. Figure I will go with Yukons 27 spline.

This is on my list too-I normally don't move mirros back to the doors for winter but will this year to sand prime and paint brackets.

Felt something in my pocket today and realized it was a screw I 'lost' the other day when taking the cowl cover off to route my light bar wires under it. I now have all of the missing pieces

If you can't stand behind our troops feel free to stand in front of them!

Replacing stock. I almost got the ZJ upgrade, but this guy said he was going to sell his steering so I couldn't pass it up. I was in a rush to get it installed so no side by side pics, but I can get some pics tomorrow.

And with the install, a long story. Got the old steering off without any problem, adjusted the slop out of my steering box while I had everything out. That took a while. Then starting bolting the currie steering up. Steering stabilizer didn't fit in the bracket. Shaved off bushing and opened the bracket a little, and thought I was good to go. But the collar on the shock for the boot wouldn't let the eye go in all the way. Ha to leave so just took the SS off and figure the alignment was good since it came off an LJ. Majorly wrong! Got going down the neighborhood and got EXTREME death wobble at about 30 mph. Front tires were wobbling about a foot each way! Made it to the pep rally and back home and checked the alignment. 1" toe in. Got that squared away and test drive GREAT! Got the SS shaved down but didn't put it on yet. Got too late.

Welcome to the club, I don't sleep much anymore either. Do you get the Jeep dreams as well? Once a week for me.

Jeep started to overheat in traffic today, but was working fine when moving. Nursed it home and swapped the fan clutch. All seems right with the world again.

My contribution is, how much do you want for the spacers? I may be interested.

We had our first snow shower in Northern Maine yesterday, so this morning I put my plow on to change out the fluid and make sure it's ready to go.

Well I don't think I'll be looking to sell those any time soon. Its probably going to take a few years to save up the spare change.
