Took the top and doors off, moved my mirrors from my doors to my relocation brackets, mended my soft top in a couple of spots where it needed a new seem (on the plastic piece that tucks into the door surrounds above each door, the seems were almost gone) installed some oh **** handles, and cruised around town topless and doorless, while the front end is mostly covered in mud. Got a ton of Jeep waves.
i trimed the fender flares up one inch and then painted them all with bumper spray and they look brand new. then i aligned my front end the best i could. last i built a little shelp for the back to go over the "trunk"
Re-installed my lockright in the front after pulling it out for the winter. Took about 1.5hrs, don't think I could get it done any faster. 2 weeks til jeep goes on the barge for its sea voyage to Seattle and I join back up with it a week later and then on to the holy land (Moab).
