Easy install? Did you drill an extra hole or no? I'm thinking I'm not gonna bother with the extra one.

It's easier to go down a hill than up it but the view is much better at the top.

Drilled the extra hole, but after a no go with the self-tapping bolt and a tapper not working I gave up. Btw, I drilled the extra hole on the round cross member. To me it seems very stable with just the stock bumper bolt and Steering bolt.

Very easy install besides the third bolt.

3 of my 4 boxes of parts came in..

the acos, front trackbar, and rear tb bracket came in today.. they were shipped from jks..

im still waiting on the shocks shipped from dpg..

i had some problems with my bank clearing my check then for some reason my card wouldnt work.. had more than enough money in the bank and it was far under my limit.. that was friday when i called about ordering the parts.. luckily monday my bank gave me a new card to try and it worked =D

well anyways.. off to the garage..

gotta swap out the 2'' coils and 1'' bb with the acos and my stock coils tonite..

im only swapping the 2'' coils to paint them.. they will go back on when the shocks get here..

hopefully tomorrow i can get the trackbar stuff on.. i gotta go out of town saturday with the jeep club to go camping up in badlands.. hopefully i can get all this stuff on by then =/ i got all day tomorrow to do it but probably wont have any help..

and hopefully my shocks will come in tomorrow.. i need the longer shocks to put my 2'' coils back in..

oh and i am gonna have add washers to my tc most likely =/

i still have a lot of parts in the garage to go in =/ most has been sitting since the summer waiting on the other stuff i need to get to put them in =/

I finally got my winch plate welded up! looks good, I rounded to corners of 8" tall 1/4" steel plate to match the curve of my jeep grill looks good now but better after fairleed gets bolted on front. (i had to cut fairleed gap w/torch so it looks un-even for now, but will be covered soon.) I raised the winch plate 2" off top of bumper and tacked a 3"X12" plate at an angle on the bottom to act as a spoiler of sorts (will direct air that travels under winch plate up and through radiator). My plate does not hange over front bumper at all so my warn 9000 is only 1/2" from my grill. this winch plate could go through hell and come out looking like an angle!!!!

got the front acos in, the transfer case drop in, and the motor mounts off..

tomorrow in the morning ill finish the mml and then start/finish the bl

then hopefully ill get the front trackbar in..

if my new shocks get here tomorrow ill go ahead and do the rear acos as well..

right now my suspension is
front:
2'' coils with the acos
rear: 2'' coils with 1'' bb

and id have to say its sitting nice and level.. except the acos in the front are as low as i can get them..

so lets hope my shocks come in so i can adjust the acos to sit higher =D
