I guess one of four installed was done correctly.
Glad I paid shop rate to have it done while a new clutch was put in

Never had to do them but looks like they didn't properly compress around the opening? Too shallow? I am just comparing to similar fasteners I have used.

Got my ZJ tie rod and tie rod end installed and finished my alignment-I run 32" tires and got 3/16". Considering I was at almost an inch prior I am hoping the test drive goes well.

Crawled under the Heep and checked the exhaust and intake bolts.. I could turn one with my fingers! O.O and three more were not up to snuff. That explains why the new IAC didn't fully fix the high idle issue..

Took her out "wheeling" today after I fixed the front DS on Tuesday. Need to recheck some bolts and fittings though...

I found that my tailgate is crapping out on me. Damn thing won't barely open anymore. I guess it's time for new hinges. Anybody have experience with this? 1998 TJ Sahara.

It's caused by galvanic corrosion from the Aluminum hinges and steel pin. Best option is to replace them.

replaced the other rear axle seal... only to get home and find the other one leaking again... i wish you could get the old bearings off without destroying them... looks like time for a speedy sleeve.
