had some bad vibes, took out the front driveshaft and replaced the U-joint on the differential side, checked the back DS and found that 1 of the bolts on the flange was gone, another almost out and the other two were loose. Replaced all those with locketite-ed bolts and changed the oil while i was down there.

Well considering that on Thursday i stripped out the spider gears on my D35, I tore apart and Locked the rear end. I locked it by welding the spider gears. I will definately see a difference here! hope it's a good difference!

Newest stuff:
Ordered Jeeperman rear bumper with carrier (trading in my old non-carrier version). Changed oil Changed diff fluids Removed top and hardware Installed duster Cleaned interior spots I missed after last wheeling trip Rotated tires and eliminated a nasty vibe at 55 mph Oh yeah, also washed both of my other cars and replaced a crashed hard drive (saved the data though) with a 200 Gb hd. Other than that, not much was done this weekend. ![]()
