How did you prep your flares before spraying with the bedliner? You use the primer on them too?

Asking cause I am looking to paint mine here very soon.
TIA!
Scotchbrite pad (green), wiped down really well, no primer, 2 coats.

I guess I would have done that in pairs so they were worn evenly.

Saved her A$$...literally!!

Traffic was ridiculous this morning because there was construction on the 2 lanes going the OTHER DIRECTION...separated by a 30' median and rail. Anyway, as I came to a stop with traffic, I quickly realized that the Toyota truck (OK...Toyota pickup) behind me wasn't stopping. Jammed her in 1st and darted into the sandy median. Dude almost smacked the car that was in front of me. Glad I moved...nobody's smacking my girl's big ol' booty except me!!

Sad thing is...he tried to let me back on the highway in front of him. No thanks, I'll stay behind where I can keep my eye on him... Pay attention to the road insted of your damn text message...FREAK!!

Replaced diff fluid. Scraped off some surface rust and also painted the cover with some high-temp black paint. Probably going to do the same for my gas tank skid this weekend and put my new Jeepforum sticker back there.

Look like me. One of my old KMs finally got punctured and I had to use my spare, which is a KM2.

But today I'm going get all 4 KMs replaced with MTZs!

The more I see these, the more I think they'd be simple to make. I love the idea, but not for that money.

Really all it is is some mesh with grommets in it. I don't think the price is too bad and it saves me the time of making one myself (I have two big essays due soon).

I don't get the point. I either want sun, or I don't. That half light would annoy me. Safari top is all I need.

Plasti-dipped my sahara rocker trim. I want rock rails, but the budget won't allow it right now. I guess this is the next best thing.

Let me put it this way... I spend a lot of time in the jeep. I sit on construction sites all day and the jeep is my office. I love going topless, but the bright sun makes it hard to see phone / iPad / computer screens (like right now).

Also, after about a week of topless riding, I'm dark as a Mexican.
