Damn that sounds nice! Wish I got that kind of acceleration. I was about to ask you what kind of exhaust you had on it, then saw the Hemi title.

Installed my new Pro-comp lights as well as my A to Z rockers. Cleaned the rockers up, primed and painted them with Rustoleum hammered finish rattle can to match my bumpers. They look great and install was a breeze as well.

Wow I really like that black. My AtoZs were powdercoated black from the factory and it's a little too glossy I think. I'll have to remember to try that next time I'm painting something.

I took the top down and doors off today. Not a cloud in the sky, no wind, and high of 67. I love the looks I get from the yuppie women in their Lexus SUVs when I go by on the day before Halloween with the Jeep wide open, blasting Lynard Skynard, Eric Church, and Jason Aldean.

Decided it was time for the Jeep to stop sounding like a sick goat, so I went to Autozone and dropped $52 (well... $32 after I used the rewards money i'd saved up) on a Wolo dual tone air horn. The tones aren't as low as I wanted, but it is crazy loud!

I took a few more pictures of the rockers. The "black" Rustoleum actually comes out a dark charcoal grey. I actually like the colour, it breaks up all of the black on the Jeep. Plus, the paint stands up to abuse really well and is easy to touch up.

Winter prep... washed, vacuumed inside, waxed (RejeX), oil change (Mobil 1), topped off fluids, and I even took some black spray paint to cover some trail scratches on the bottom. Oh and drank some beer towards the end. What a fine day it was!
