Built the new downpipe which needed to be relocated after the tummytuck. Still need to do the rest of it but they were having a cars and coffee this morning at the racetrack behind my office so I knocked this out real quick to take the jeep over. Really wanted to put my rampage top on but it came signature required so now I won't have it until monday .

Will have to see how it sounds after I do the over axle part tomorrow, little loud right now with the stiffer tt mounts causing a lot of vibrations to go into the tub.

vbanded at the turbo, after the downpipe and will have another right before it goes over the axle so I can now take it out by the section in a matter of minutes.

picked up a high pinion d30 yesterday and a set of 3.07 gears so will start cleaning that up tomorrow. Measured this afternoon to build new front links ordering materials to have for next weekend.

Round poly at the ends, had a poly stock style mount before so its vibrating at a different frequency that is rattling the panels a bit more especially the hood. Going to order hood pins and new rubber stoppers.

I'm getting less and less impressed with my new soft top...Bestop sailcloth replace a top
I put it down for the first time and it won't lay as flat ad my old top, the plastic that holds it in the door surrounds won't allow it to lay all the way down?

I don't want to bend the pieces that clip in the surrounds because they are "L" shaped

Finally got the windshield channel for the Mopar Bikini and the clip piece for the wind jammer. Thankfully the guy that sold me the tops still had them!

For SlackJaw,
This is the piece you've got to track down. It requires a little clearancing at the center footman loop and you also need to trim the plastic interior trim in '03+ models.

Good luck.

I had that problem with my factory top and, IIRC, I found turning it inward alomg the top helped a bunch.
