It's supposed to rain the next couple days and my hard top is in a different city. So I took my girlfriend's Tacoma and left my TJ in her parking garage. She never drives anyways

While Waiting for my MetalCloaks to ship I found that my skid and lopro mount have arrived at the border. In the meantime I decided I am going black on the fenders so I ordered some POR15.

Like that tire cover!
While I agree that 33 will fit, 32s will provide more room for better articulation and can also look proportional if fitted on 15x8 w/3.75" BS or factory wheels with 1.25" spacers.

Though not LJs, I'll use these as examples.

EndoRice's w/ 2.5" OME & 1.25" BL

grogie's w/3.5" lift

Still doesn't prove that smaller tires give you more articulation. If that was the case we would all run six inch lifts on 31s.

This is true. I should've said gives more room for up travel depending on the setup rather than articulation.

Posed at the deer lease, rocks are few and far between around here so I play on trees

image-1025256774.jpg

35's make a big difference get up over stuff, big difference over 31's

image-962178172.jpg

Afterwards hook to a tree down on a trail and after about 35' winch cable spooled out, hooked up. Yea! Remote battery (wireless) was dead. I will have a manual (wired) control real soon for backup.

Could NOT get the tapper bolt out on the drag link end of my steering stabilizer. Collapsed the cotter pin hole trying to do so. Heat, nothing. Liquid wrench, nothing. Feel pretty pathetic trying to take it in to have it replaced
