got a call from my friend that his GF's father and brother were stuck out on a trail and his cherokee couldnt get it out (stock, tired engine). So i head down to bail the guy out, I show up and its a newer f150 longbed buried up to its frame, cant see the rear driver tire and the passenger front is about 3ft in the air thats been there a good 45+ minutes. I head through the mud pit to get to him and in the process realized I didnt put my window up from the mud that came in and covered my dash and passenger seat. Hook up a strap to tow him out and even with good 10mph runs it wouldnt budge it. Doubled up the straps to my rear hitch and hooked my winch to a tree in the distance and between me in 4lo + 9k tabor winch it dragged his truck through the mud into the sand. Figured he was good to go so I unhooked my winch and the strap and pulled forward a little (swamp in front of me too) so he could get out and he buries it a second time :brickwall. After another set of winching he was glad to be back to a main trail and gave me $40 for helping him out :2thumbsup:
