penetroled the hard top...looks amazing...

after installing my sub yesterday i noticed the right side of the cab was dead...I look, and first off, the left and right were switched, I figured that out witht he balance and fader, and then the wire to power the right side was cut...got it all fixed now...sounds awesome...

I washed and waxed it today too...The wife even said we could take mine on our weekly date tonight...

washed off all the bugs that collected on my grill and windshield from my drive yesterday. It looked like the TJ had a beard... kinda disgusting. And you could smell "death" when I had the air on.

Yesterday (all day) - Changed oil, transmission fluid, transfer case fluid and rear diff fluid. Had fun, but made a helluva mess.

New battery

While out riding on some rough roads I stalled my jeep when shifting to 4L. To my horror it would not start. Wouldn't even turn over. I was 20 miles from anywhere and no cell service either. Luck would have it I was stalled on a hill. I managed to get it turned around and roll started it. Dash showed a check gauges light and after about 5 mins check engine too. Got back to town and stopped at Auto Zone and had the battery tested. It was bad. Went to 4wheel parts and got a Pro Comp red top gel battery and installed it. Apparently I must have broke a cell in the battery loose jouncing around on the gravel road. A very interesting day to say the least.

Today I installed my new Rockcrusher rear diff cover. Looks great and much beefier than the stock cover. I filled the diff with fresh Mobil1 75-140.

What about the JK shocks?? How much longer are they compared to stock TJ shocks?

I hate my shocks right now and there are 4 JK shocks in my buddy's garage with only 500 miles on them!!

Last night I put on some AtoZ rock sliders. Today I used them. But I'm now in need of new fenders and quite pissed about it. Those sliders worked awesome but I was trying to use them to pivot around a tree on the passenger side and accidentally drove the passenger fender straight into the tree. It got shoved back about 6 inches but I pulled it back partly into place.
