Moral of the story; Make sure you know where the hell your going. Always.
Jesus. Military installation? You're lucky you didn't get locked up...or worse.
Anyways, trials & tribulations right there. I read somewhere one that the worst times make the best stories. I'll bet you got some memories outta that one. Thankfully you guys got everyone and all the gear out.
Thanks for taking the pics. The Rubi at a 45deg is crazy.

Yesterday I put some JK springs (free) up front hoping i would get some free lift (3" according to a post on the wrangler forum). Well after about an hour of rolling around on the ground I was ready to see the results so I set it down on the ground and BAM no lift (maybe a 1/2" at best). So I came home and cooled off and had a few beers and decided to put some spring spacers up front (JK terraflex leveling kit my bro had). After another 1hr or 2hr and multiple beers later I finally managed to get 2" of lift up front, basically leveled the jeep (for free). Lesson of the day is that JK springs don't give you 3" of lift (not sure about the rubicon) and cold beer taste good.
Love is like a fart if you push to hard it's probably shee-it!
It's just too big for a TJ dash. He should look up LA-Sahara's thread of his touch screen installation. Now that looks factory good.
It's a Power Acoustic (el cheapo) 1-din, with an attachable screen, pretty cool, sd card slot for game cam pics was my big seller, navigation, Bluetooth, etc., etc. remote flips up for acxess to AC controls, prolly won't last long being low end product, lol
